Decent products, slow shipping
I ordered the Bio Hyaluron Tagescreme and a Bio Kräutertee. The cream felt nice on my skin and the tea was quite good. My package took about 10 days to arrive in Nevada, which felt a bit long for an online order. Everything was well-packed though. I appreciate that their products are vegan. Customer service was responsive when I asked about my order status. Overall, a solid experience but shipping could be faster.
Loved the Bio Tee selection
I just received my Bio Tee order and I'm so happy! I got a few different Bio Früchtetee and Wellness Tee varieties, and they all smell incredible. The packaging was lovely and everything arrived perfectly. I love that they focus on animal welfare too.
